Let's not forget that the bench has a prayer bench, which increases the range of exercise possibilities, including bicep training. By removing the prayer bench, we gain the opportunity to do a leg workout. On the leg press, we can do quadriceps exercises. By setting the bench in a horizontal position, lying on your stomach and hooking your feet into the handle, you perform leg curls with weight, thus engaging the biceps femoris muscles.
